Here’s how Virtual Consults work:

  1. Initial Consultation (30–60 min via Zoom or FaceTime)
    We'll start with a walk-through of your space. You’ll use your phone or laptop to show me each room, and I’ll ask questions to understand your timeline, ideal buyer, and staging goals.

  2. Staging Plan + Priority List
    After the call, you’ll receive a custom checklist tailored to your home. It will outline what to remove, rearrange, style, or add in each key area. I’ll focus on the updates that make the biggest difference for listing photos and walk-throughs.

    You’ll also get:

    • A list of recommended supplies (bedding, storage, small decor)

    • Suggestions for affordable updates that create impact

    • Referrals to trusted pros if you need cleaning, repairs, hauling, or photography support

  3. Follow-Up Support
    You’ll have the option to text or email photos as you go, and I’ll provide real-time feedback to help you fine-tune the space before your shoot or showings.

What You’ll Need:

  • A smartphone or device with a camera

  • Good Wi-Fi connection

  • About 1 hour of uninterrupted time

  • Willingness to make small shifts for big impact

24hrs- One Week Turn Around Service Includes:

This package includes up to 24 hours of hands-on support over a one-week period to get a home market-ready. Services are tailored to the home’s unique needs and timeline.
